BOOKING RULES

Parties are bookable by Members ONLY. A Member must be present during all times, on the party date. 

The cost for pool parties is as follows:
$150 plus a $100 Security Deposit*

A standard pool party is for 50 people or less. After 50 people one more lifeguard is required for every 20 people you add. There is an additional charge for each extra lifeguard required to handle more than 50 people. 

The pool rents for a 3-hour period. To make your reservation fill out and submit the form on this page. Please be sure to check the Pool Calendar to make sure that your reservation date does not conflict with someone else. Remember that dates could be 24-48 hours behind on the visible calendar, so the final approval of date is handled by the Pool Party Coordinator for the Board.

​*Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 days after pool and facilities are inspected and found to be in satisfactory condition and lifeguards are interviewed for rule adherence.

Gratuities for our lifeguards are encouraged!   You may not supply your own lifeguard. Our insurance does not permit this under any circumstance. The number of lifeguards needed for your party varies depending on the number of people at your party and is determined at the time of booking. There will always be at least two guards. If more are determined to be needed, there will be an extra charge. (See number of guest allowed above)

If you would like to bring a grill for your party, the lifeguards will show you where to set up. Do not set up without prior approval.

ALL current operating pool rules are in effect during your party - including no glass or alcohol/drugs which is a state of NC law. Please view the Announcements page of this website for the most up-to-date operating pool rules. 

If you have reserved the pool for a party, you and your guests must park in the back parking lot behind the pool.
